2 Day Tour from Fez to Chefchaouen
Pickup from your Riad in Fes. Transfer to Chefchaouen, a true gem of Morocco located in the Rif region, known for its whitewashed houses with turquoise-blue doors, wrought-iron windows, and tiled roofs. Afterward, enjoy the view of the Great Mosque of Tarik-Ben-Ziad while sitting on a café terrace. This Andalusian architecture can also be found in the Kasbah, located in the center of the Medina. Take a stroll through Chefchaouen to see the famous “djellaba”—the long, loose garment worn by men and women in North Africa, which has deep roots in Chefchaouen’s tailoring history. The city is also famous for its basketry and pottery. We then head toward the famous souk, which remains as vibrant as ever and serves as a true window into Moroccan culture. Overnight in a Riad.
After a delicious breakfast, we will pick you up from your Riad in Chefchaouen for the transfer back to Fes. We will arrive in the afternoon, marking the end of our services.

Chefchaouen is the birthplace of the djellaba (a long North African robe) and is world-renowned for its basketry and distinctive pottery. Strolling through its souk allows you to see artisans in the midst of their creative process, offering a much more vivid cultural experience than in other larger cities.
At Viajemos Marruecos, we believe that the magic of the blue city can be felt at sunset and sunrise, when the day-tripping tourists have left. Staying overnight allows you to enjoy the peace of the illuminated medina and gives you a second day to explore the local crafts and famous basketry of the area at your leisure.

Solo teníamos un fin de semana y este tour fue perfecto. Dormir en el desierto es algo que hay que hacer una vez en la vida. El guía fue súper amable y el 4x4 muy cómodo.
