2 day trip from Casablanca to Marrakech
Departure from your accommodation in Casablanca toward Marrakech via the highway to reach the “Red City.” We will visit the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square for lunch at a local restaurant (at the client’s expense), followed by a tour of the city’s highlights, such as the Koutoubia Mosque and its magical gardens. You can also visit the Menara Gardens, the historic recreation site of Sultan Al-Mansour, which features a massive water reservoir and an ancient Almohad-era irrigation system designed to water the surrounding orchards. Dinner and overnight stay at a Riad.
After breakfast at the Riad, the morning is free for you to discover the historical monuments of Marrakech, including the Bahia Palace, El Badi Palace, the Ben Youssef Madrasa, and the tanneries. View the exterior of the Royal Palace and, after lunch, visit the Majorelle Gardens—the former residence of the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. Afterward, we will take the road back to Casablanca.
