11 days tour from Casablanca to the desert

Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat

After picking you up at the airport, we will visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque and drive along the “Corniche” coastline. We will continue to Rabat, the capital, to explore the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Udayas before resting in a traditional Riad.

Day 2: Rabat – Chefchaouen (The Blue City)

After breakfast, we will head north through the Rif Mountains. We will arrive in Chefchaouen in the afternoon, where you will have free time to get lost in its famous turquoise-blue painted streets and enjoy its relaxed atmosphere.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

We cross the Rif Mountains again, heading south to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis. We will continue to the 17th-century Imperial City of Meknes and end the day in Fes, the spiritual heart of Morocco.

Day 4: Cultural Visit of Fes

We will dedicate the day to the oldest medina in the world. Visit the Royal Palace, the Jewish quarter (Mellah), the Al-Qaraouiyine University, and the tanneries. We will finish with a panoramic view of the city from the hills.

Day 5: Fes – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

We travel toward the Middle Atlas, stopping in Ifrane and the Azrou forest to see the wild monkeys. After crossing the Tizi Ntalghamt pass. Reach the Erg Chebbi dunes. We will ride dromedaries to sleep in a Berber camp under the stars.

Day 6: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

After sunrise in the desert, we will head to the Todra Gorges, the most impressive canyons in the country. We will continue toward the Dades Valley to enjoy its unique geological landscapes.

Day 7: Dades Valley – Nomad Caves – Ouarzazate

We will travel along the “Route of the Thousand Kasbahs” toward Ouarzazate. We will visit nomad families of the Anti-Atlas to learn about their way of life and explore the Ameridil Kasbah in the Skoura oasis.

Day 8: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

We visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (UNESCO). Cross the High Atlas via the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260m) until we reach vibrant Marrakech in the late afternoon.

Day 9: Discovering the Red City (Marrakech)

Guided tour of the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, and the Bahia Palace. The afternoon will be spent enjoying the infinite spectacle of Jemaa el-Fnaa Square.

Day 10: Excursion to Essaouira (The Pearl of the Atlantic)

A trip to the coast to visit ancient Mogador. We will walk along its ramparts, its fishing port, and its white and blue medina, famous for its Thuya wood craftsmanship, before returning to Marrakech.

Day 11: Marrakech – Transfer to Casablanca

Last-minute shopping or sightseeing depending on your flight time before the final transfer to Casablanca Airport. End of our services.
