1-Night Magical Sahara Expedition

Your Saharan adventure begins in the charming village of Merzouga at 16:00, where you will meet your local guide and be introduced to your camel caravan. As you mount your camel, you will feel the rhythm of the desert as you slowly trek deep into the heart of the Erg Chebbi dunes, leaving the modern world behind. The ride across the shifting sands lasts approximately 90 minutes, offering a peaceful and meditative transition into the wilderness.

Halfway through your trek, we pause at the foot of the highest dunes for a truly spectacular moment. You will have the opportunity to climb to a high vantage point to witness a breathtaking Saharan sunset, where the sky transforms into a canvas of deep oranges and purples. After capturing these memories, you will remount your camel and continue to our campsite, where a warm welcome and a traditional Berber dinner await you under the vast, starlit canopy of the desert sky.

The magic continues the following morning as you wake to the soft light of dawn. We encourage you to walk up the nearby dunes to watch the first rays of the sun rise over the horizon—a serene experience that defines the beauty of the Sahara. After enjoying a fresh, hearty breakfast at the camp, you will embark on a final peaceful camel ride back to Merzouga, where you can use our hotel facilities to freshen up and prepare for the next leg of your Moroccan journey.
