14 Days Grand Tour from Casablanca to the Desert
We begin our private tour with a pickup from the airport or your hotel. We will explore the iconic landmarks of the economic capital, highlighting the majestic Hassan II Mosque, an architectural masterpiece situated over the sea. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
We set off for Rabat, the administrative capital, to explore its historical monuments. Afterward, we head north into the Rif Mountains until we reach Chefchaouen, the “Blue Pearl” of Morocco. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
Spend the day getting lost in the blue-toned streets of Chefchaouen. Its vibrant markets and relaxed atmosphere have made it one of Morocco’s most sought-after destinations. You will have free time to photograph its hidden corners and enjoy the Berber atmosphere of the Rif.
We leave the mountains behind and head to Fes, the cultural and spiritual heart of the kingdom. Arrival in the afternoon for a first look at the city that houses the largest medina in the world. Accommodation in a traditional Riad.
A full day to explore Fes el Bali. We will visit the ancient Quranic schools (Madrasas), the famous leather tanneries, and the University of Qarawiyyin—the oldest functioning university in the world. Fes is a car-free city where time seems to have stood still in the 13th century.
We cross the Middle Atlas, stopping in Ifrane and Azrou, where Barbary macaques live in the cedar forests. After passing through Midelt and the spectacular Ziz Valley, we arrive at the Merzouga dunes to begin our desert stay.
We will explore the Erg Chebbi dunes by 4×4, visit the Gnawa musicians of Khamlia (of sub-Saharan origin), and explore the Rissani market. In the afternoon, we will mount camels to cross the sea of sand toward a Berber camp, where we will dine under the stars to the rhythm of traditional drums.
After watching the sunrise from the dunes, we return by camel for breakfast. We travel west through Berber villages until we reach the Todra Gorges—imposing 300-meter-high vertical walls that are a paradise for nature lovers.
We travel through the Rose Valley and Skoura to reach Ouarzazate to visit its film studios. We continue to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah (UNESCO) before crossing the Tizi n’Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains to arrive in Marrakech.
A day dedicated to the “Red City.” We will visit the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa Square—the commercial and social heart of the city, famous for its street performances and traditional souks.
We travel to the Atlantic coast to visit Essaouira, ancient Mogador. Its protected bay, art galleries, and white medina with blue accents offer a relaxed, Mediterranean atmosphere unique to Morocco. Return to Marrakech in the evening.
Spend the day in the nature of the Atlas Mountains visiting the Ourika Valley. Enjoy its green landscapes, small Berber villages along the river, and the refreshing mountain air before returning to the city.
We visit the impressive Ouzoud Waterfalls, the highest in Morocco. You can walk along the paths under the olive trees and enjoy the 100-meter-high waterfalls in a spectacular natural setting. Return to Marrakech.
On our final day, we drive from Marrakech back to Casablanca. We will transfer you to your hotel or the airport for your departure flight, concluding our grand expedition.

On the contrary, being two weeks long allows you to combine days of rich culture with days of relaxation on the coast or in nature, making the trip very balanced.
We recommend light clothing for the day and something warm for evenings in the desert and excursions to the Atlas Mountains (Ourika/Ouzoud), where the temperature is cooler.
Of course! If you would prefer to swap an excursion for a relaxing day at a Hammam or a cooking class, we can tailor it to suit you.

Solo teníamos un fin de semana y este tour fue perfecto. Dormir en el desierto es algo que hay que hacer una vez en la vida. El guía fue súper amable y el 4x4 muy cómodo.
